CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. All events conducted and judged according to the PCAQ rulebook.

2. All competitors must be a financial member of a Pony Club affiliated with PCAQ. PCAQ

Membership Cards are to be presented when nominating and PIC number to be

provided.

3. THE JUDGE’S DECISION IS FINAL – Any protest mustbe accompanied with a fee of

$50.00 and lodged within 30 minutes of the completion of the event.

4. One horse, one rider.

5. The committee reserves the right to combine or split age groups as required on the day,

accept or reject any entry on the day or alter the programme if they deem it necessary.

6. NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS.

7. All riders must ride in their full Pony Club uniform including approved helmets (AS/NZ

3838, EN1384, ASTM F1163 or better) and approved riding boots must be worn at all

times whilst mounted. Hat covers must be black, white, brown or navy blue only. If riders

are NOT in full pony club uniform they will be eliminated.

8. Full Pony Club uniform is also to be worn for the presentation of prizes and ribbons.

9. Excessive use of whips/spurs on the Pony Club grounds, whether in an event or not, will

NOT be tolerated and will result in immediate elimination for the day.

10. Led class leaders are not to pass the horses shoulder in any event.

11. In the event of a tie, a count-back will be made.

12. All riders must provide their PIC number at the time of nomination as required by DPI.
